Today I met with an amazing woman, Shauna Mackenzie Heathman. She is an Image Consultant (Mackenzie Image Consulting) who reminds people to consider their image if greater business success is a goal. It takes a brief second to make an impression, and if it is the wrong one, you can work for quite a long time to reverse the initial opinion.
